Helmet Mount Strap Turbo 89Xi

Scott Turbo Speed Strap Goggles 89Xi For whatever reason, you're going to have to remove your goggles at an inopportune moment. It could be fog, heat, sweat, or maladjustment, but losing time taking your goggles on and off is not ideal. Scott USA is trying very hard to make things easier in that regard.

Normally, I don't like flashy names like SuperSpeed or ExtremeCrazyMadThing. I find them condescending. The 89Xi Turbo Speed Strap goggles, however, at least have some validity to their branding. Equipped with a speed strap helmet attachment system, they are perfect for riding that involves a lot of stop-and-go. Mounting points on the helmet make goggle removal a matter of unbuttoning one side, and putting them on again is just as fast. The precise mounding also prevents that face-squeezing tendency of other goggles.

The attachment system is pretty cool, but Scott USA does not rely on one feature. The Turbo Speed goggles have a ventilated visor, an oversized HydroX foam seal, a polar nose and face guard, and the lenses are UV safe and anti-fog coated. Tinted lenses increase contrast to help identify details of the terrain which you can then avoid or take advantage of.

Helmets and heads come in all shapes and sizes, so trying these on at a local store is a good idea. Although, you will have to hold them in place since I doubt your neighborhood motorsports supply store wants you setting the mounting points to your gear.
