Indeed, they just may be. They are four-season, all-weather pants, so they serve as a good choice for adventure touring.
The outer shell is made of Shoeller Dynatec and Cordura for abrasion resistance as well as breathability.
The inner liner is thermolite, for extra warmth and protection from the wind, and is detachable in warmer weather.
The Hydratex 3-layer membrane is detachable as well, providing a GoreTex-like waterproofing while not stifling the air circulation.
The waistband is adjustable and attaches to uppers such as the Cayenne Pro Jacket, also from Rev'IT!
Finally, the upper leg features ventilation zippers that are reflective for extra visibility.

I am looking for a pair of Rev-it Sands, black, size 2XL in normal length, or the equivalent in the Rev-it Ceyanne Pro. Do you either of these IN STOCK?
