I bought my current bike from a big guy -- a really big guy. He was upgrading from a 650 to a 1500, and it was about time. I wasn't going to tinker with the suspension in his driveway, so I rode it home with his adjustments. This was spring; the road was a mess from winter. Suspension is often a matter of personal preference as much as it is technical specification.
