If you ride hard, chances are you will eventually fall hard. The key to making a bad fall a little less sucky is quality protection. Although you should take care of your entire body, there are certain key areas that you really should not skimp on when it comes to protection. No matter how you crash, odds are the first thing you will instinctually do is put your hands down to break your fall. That being said, it's probably a good idea to make sure your digits have some quality armor on them.
Joe Rocket recognizes the need for proper hand safety, and the company's GPX 2.0 gloves are a testament to that. Constructed of thick drum dyed leather, they offer protection from before your wrist down to your fingertips. The wrist and fingers are also covered in thick rubber padding armor to help avoid road rash. The most prominent piece of protection on the gloves, however, is the large injection-molded knuckle guard. You could likely punch through a brick wall with these babies, but it would probably be better to just enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your hands won't be turned into Swiss cheese if you get up close and personal with some asphalt.
