This windshield fits 88 and later XL models, FXR models, and all Dyna models except FXDWG and FXDXT. If you need a different model, check below for a link to all Harley Davidson windshields available on eBay.
The attachment mechanism is really what's special about this model -- it's quite unlike cumbersome systems that require ugly permanent attachments. This new quick-release attachment system clamps the shield to the fork tubes with a lever-release mechanism.
The mount does not need any sort of a docking plate on the bike when the windshield is not in place. The clamps are die-cast silver, giving it a natural look to go with its curved, sweeping shape.
