Chase Harper Underseat Bag I always know when I see a road rider on a scooter because they still demonstrate their kinship with the larger machines by giving the salute, albeit half-embarrassed and understated. You'll be able to use all of your underseat space due to the specificity of the design, and a shoulder strap makes this an easy carry off bag. The foam interior will keep your stuff from getting knocked around, but this isn't the best pack for wet riding since it lacks waterproofing.

At 21 inches long and 9 inches wide, with a tapering height, you'll have enough space for running to the store, the gym, or your buddy's BYOB barbecue.
