I don't get to go out and ride dirt bikes as much as I'd like. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that feels that way, too. I've always been a Honda fan, probably stemming back to the first motorcycle I ever owned. The Team Valhalla Neck Brace / Support Kart is designed to protect that wonderful neck of yours in many ways. First of all, this brace is approved for use in the WKA (World Karting Association), which is the world's largest sanctioning body for the world of go-kart racing. How does it protect your neck so well? Well, its components are constructed of foam that is much denser than the normal neck collars currently out on the market. This instantly creates less head movement in the event of a crash. The braces of the core piece are designed to help control the rear hyper-flexion (the movement of your noggin) but still allow you to move your head side to side without any hinderance from the brace. If at any point your helmet comes into contact with the brace (in the event of a crash), the brace will transfer the energy from your neck onto the your upper torso area (which is much more resilient to stress than our necks).

Bugs are really annoying. It never fails, either. This thing can repel pretty much anything that would typically stain or cause unpleasantness to your pristine protector. Though the Fluid jacket is pretty tough, it's definitely not going to handle a spill without tearing, but it's not too expensive so I wouldn't cry about it too much. Unlike a two dollar poncho, though, this thing fits well and doesn't get in the way of riding at all. You won't even know that it's on, except for the fact that if you're really riding hard it can act as a sauna and get you sweating a little more than you would normally be while riding. The filter foam is designed for air flow. You can breathe normally, either through your nose or your mouth, without any restriction of fresh air. The Wolfsnout doesn’t get super hot, either. You won’t be dying to take it off just so you can take a breath. The only draw back is that the Wolfsnout will only work with a full face helmet, but that should be the helmet of choice when playing on motorized craft while out in nature. The Wolfsnout is also easy to clean -- just use a little dishsoap and water and hang dry.
