AGV, an international supplier of helmets for racing and competition, has done it again with the Dragon Camo Army helmet. This is a bad-ass looking helmet that can transition nicely to street riding if you like the Camouflage look. Vintage styling brings to mind helicopter pilot helmets with the rounded shape, the Camo pattern, and the oversized dark visor. In addition to the dark visor, the helmet comes with a clear one as well, and they are easily interchangeable for your day-to-night riding experience.
AGV means quality as well as style. The helmet weighs a mere 3.4 pounds but they did not sacrifice safety. It is DOT certified and features a retention system with quick-release buckle and assisted ejection, meant to be done quickly with one finger. It has a luxurious velour interior for comfort (leave it to the Italians!), and the face shields are scratch-resistant. The dark one is 80% tinted and comes in a separate box for safe travel. There is an AGV sticker directly above the visor featuring the colors of the Italian flag in
the logo and another sticker on the side with no colors. The shield is on sturdy rivets for easy movement when you flip it up.
