2 Way Motorcycle Alarm System Like most people out there, you probably paid a lot for your bike and aren't too interested in having it, or all your custom accessories stolen. That's where Scorpio's new SR-i900 Motorcycle Alarm system comes in.

This system, and what it's capable of, is more like something out of the future than the garage. Scorpio makes motorcycle and power-sport specific alarm systems and this is the company's top of the line model. It certainly isn't cheap by any stretch, but you are paying for some amazing features.

The compact unit uses a hands-free 2-way FM paging system. Differing from your standard remote-controlled alarm system, the SR-i900 can detect your location from up to a 1/2 mile away and then automatically activate the alarm. The i900's programmable perimeter sensor can even be set-up to detect movement around your ride, keeping those expensive custom footpegs, saddlebags or new light-bar safe too. If you happen to have the unfortunate experience of getting bike-jacked the i900 also has a cool feature that allows you to remotely shut off the engine.

Having a working knowledge of your bike's electrical system would help when installing but the unit comes with detailed instructions and Scorpio has a good and knowledgeable support squad.

The price might be a turn-off to some riders but this unit is Scorpio's primo model and if it prevents some punk from boosting your ride, then it's money well spent.
